Yoga is all about little and often, until before you know it your body becomes more limber and flexible, you feel stronger, more resiliant and in balance physically, emotionally and spiritually. The beauty of this practice is that it's holistic, it offers support to our whole being. Through regular practice yoga allows you to reach beyond your perceived limitations into whole new ways of being ourselves, unlocking blocks, unravelling tension and letting go of internal struggle to get somewhere, as we become more able to just be with what is and embrace life. Yoga has truly transformed my life, I love teaching and sharing the practice in whatever capacity fits the situation. I offer classes, workshops and 121 and partner programmes, corporate classes, teambuilding events, community projects, special events like Yoga Raves, hen and birthday parties and ceremony. Check out the box below for details of regular classes I am offering right now, and check out Events and Packagesfor other services I offer.

I teach regular classes all over my home town of Brighton and offer workshops, courses, ceremonies and events internationally, wherever there is invitation to share what I do. I have been practicing since 2004 and teaching since 2010 I have trained to teach Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Acroyoga, Partner and Community Yoga as well as Yoga Nidra, Meditation, and the sacred healing arts of Flying Therapeutic massage and Thai Yoga Massage. I am also a trained NLP Practitioner and Hypnotherapist and well practiced in positive visualisation techniques that offer another layer of tools to train the mind and open the heart to new possibilities both on and off the mat, and create a life rich with joyful presence. I am passionate to offer my skills as a teacher to tap into the amazing capacity we have to heal ourselves with particular focus and dedication to the practice of yoga. Yoga is gaining momentum as a recognised pathway to aleviate deep seated tension, linked to conditions such as anxiety and depression, PTSD and insomnia as well as being an effective complementary practice to aid recovery and promote overall mental and physical wellbeing. I take a multi-disciplinary approach to personal development and teach with an inspiration I gain from real people around me, as well as poets and musicians in addition to the ancient vedic scripture and texts. I want you to thrive in your life and explore your practice with awareness with a light heart in a warm, supportive atmosphere. I encourage you to challenge yourself in your practice from a self loving space, to step beyond your comfort zone and explore your body and mind with intention, connection and growth at the core of the practice. Check out the About page for more info on the yoga styles and Cat's bio for her background, qualifications and influences.

You can be at any level of practice to enjoy yoga. We will build on the practice each week, exploring new poses and the class is open to adapting to suit your specific needs that day. Come and try for yourself.
