Gain knowledge of warming up, warming down, core strength training and flexibility stretches. Great for injury prevention and general overall training.
Acro and climbing training have distinct similarities to strengthen and stretch the muscles. Gain increased balance awareness and confidence in inversions. The session will include sequences for calves and forearms, shoulder stretches, plantar stretches, ankle extensions, forward bends and other great techniques for warming up and opening up not just the calves but also hamstrings and hips and extending the spine. Then learn how to fly! Fun Acro poses, dynamic flow and inversions that will make you balance aware, develop graceful movement and strengthen your core with basing techniques to build leg strength and endurance. All finished off with Thai massage techniques for warming down and injury prevention.
